Learning Focus

Math: Fractions on a number line and equivalent fractions

*Multiplication facts (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10).

Fact Fluency Test will increase to 75 problems this week. Begin practicing all math facts from 0-9 and division. Starting fourth nine week, we will add 25 division problems to the test.

IXL: Fractions W.1-W.22

Reading: Text features, context clues, main idea, cause/effect, central message, and compare and contrast

English: compound and complex sentences

Writing: Opinion writing

Science: How water reacts to different surfaces

*Starting 3/22, the spelling test will be graded out of 40 instead of 20. Students will write spelling words in cursive and print. Cursive will count for 20 and print for 20. A sheet will be attached to the ELA packet so they can practice.
