·         There are no checkouts after 2:00pm in the afternoons.

·         HOMEWORK: I only assign homework on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Assignments will be intentional and are intended to be completed independently. If you feel your child has struggled with an assignment or feel your child requested a large amount of assistance from you, please write that on the assignment so that I know the skill being covered was possibly not understood as well as it should have been. That way I will be able to tell who is in need of more small group/one-on-one practice before assessments are given. Homework that is completed by a parent does not help me know who is possibly struggling with something in class.

·         SNACK: We do not have snack time in 2nd grade. This is because we eat lunch at 11:00.

·         POLICY & PROCEDURE NIGHT: Tuesday, August 15th is our Policy & Procedure night. Please be sure and send in your sign-up sheet so we will know for sure which items will be here and what we will need to still pick up.

Thank you all for a FANTASTIC first semester!! Have a great Christmas Holiday! See you in 2 weeks!!
