Message From Ms. White:
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for all of the wonderful gifts that you sent to Mrs. King and I!! We were so spoiled all week and are so thankful for all of you! This has been an amazing year and we couldn’t have done it without the awesome support from all of you at home!
 We are down to only a couple of weeks! Keep working hard! We are almost there!!

Continued Review of Standards with a focus on:
RL/RI 2.1, 2.2
Ask/Answer the 5 Ws and 1H questions using details from a story/text; Determining the central message of a story; & Determining the main idea of a multi-paragraph text
**The rest of our tests this year will comprehensive of all standards from throughout the year.**
Math:*Test Thursday*
- 2.MD.8a – Solve word problems involving dollar bills, quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies using the $ sign appropriately.
- 2.MD.8b – Fluently use a calendar to answer real world problems.
- 2.MD.10 – Draw picture graphs and bar graphs to represent data sets with up to four categories.

Practice good study habits early! Work on spelling and vocab. words daily. Please encourage your child to read for at least 20 minutes every day. Many good reading sites are on your child’s log-in page in their red folder!
