I have been happily married to my amazing husband, Jerry, for the past 20 years.  We have 2 children who have filled our lives with joy and wonder.  My son, Alec, is currently working at the Hernando Country Club.  He plans to move to Arizona and attend the ASU Film School.  My daughter, Jenna, graduated last year from HHS.  She is currently studying Aerospace Engineering at MS State.

We moved from Arizona to Mississippi in 2012, and we discovered Hernando purely by accident.  For that I am eternally grateful!  The 2023/24 school year is my 9th year teaching here at Hernando Hills Elementary School.  My goal for my students this year is for them to find a love of reading and to leave my class with a journal full of ideas to write about.  Each day I promise to try my hardest to be the best for your child.  We are going to have a lot of fun and work hard in my classroom!  I am so excited to work with each individual student this year and get to know them.  I am ready for an outstanding year!  Thank you for letting me teach your child!
